As a former Head of L&D turned founder, Susie specialises in guiding complex people transformations, helping organisations align their culture with strategy to unlock scalable, lasting business impact.

Susie’s journey has taken her from facilitating in prisons to coaching executives and delivering national management and leadership programmes. Certified by ILM and ICF, she excels in working with leaders and technical specialists to sharpen their leadership capabilities.
