Alison Ritchie

Associate

Alison’s early career was spent in the fast paced environment of oil supply and trading. This gave her a deep curiosity in how to maximise human performance. Moving into leadership roles she undertook further study in neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and adult learning styles. She built deep expertise in developing people to deliver business strategy as well as becoming an experienced facilitator and coach.

Having achieved over 20 years experience in corporate roles, Alison took time out of the corporate world to retrain as a nutritional therapist. Modern leadership requires clear and intuitive thinking in an increasingly complex world. Scientific literature is clear about the impact of food and lifestyle choices on our brains and emotional intelligence, so this is a key factor in our ability to reach our potential. Alison is able to apply her nutritional expertise coupled with her business knowledge to cut through the fads and noise around wellness and support all levels of the organisation to improve their performance at work.

Alison has a BSc(Hons) in Chemistry, a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and is a qualified coach. Community is a strong value for Alison and she helps run a local youth football club including managing one of the teams.
