Karen is a senior organisational development leader with 25 years’ experience across the professional services and oil and gas sectors.

She has held roles at Linklaters, KPMG and bp, working with all levels, from entry level to senior leadership. Her expertise spans organisational transformation, learning and development, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, team and individual effectiveness and diversity and inclusion.

Karen is known for her strong communication and relationship-building ability, combined with a clear focus on delivery and impact. With high emotional intelligence and an inclusive approach, she is passionate about enabling individuals, teams and enterprises to realise their full potential.

She brings extensive international experience, having worked with diverse teams and stakeholders around the world. This global perspective informs her approach to designing tailored, inclusive solutions with the individual at the core.

In addition to supporting leaders to build high-performing teams, Karen is an experienced leader of people who thrives in collaborative, team-focused environments.

Karen holds a Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling and is accredited to deliver Insights Discovery sessions.

Outside of work, she is committed to health and fitness and is a strong advocate for the connection between physical wellbeing and mental resilience. She seeks to bring this into her work wherever possible.
