How it all began
Lodestar’s founders had been working together for several years in a large global organisation and particularly during COVID through a period of significant change.
Bonding over their firm work ethic, similar beliefs, and strong sense of what’s fair, they discovered they were being called to start something new – they just didn’t know what that ‘new’ looked like yet.
Between them, they had decades of experience in technical, commercial and leadership roles. They understood not only how to manage large-scale teams, but how to nurture them. They recognised that implementing the right processes will only get you so far – it’s the people who truly lead a business to success.
They started to think about how they could work with organisations in a way that aligned with their own values – and Lodestar was born.
