Gill has over 30 years’ experience across a variety of industries, including oil/gas and rail. She also boasts specific consulting experience within pharma, banking and IT. A talented HR and organisational development professional, Gill has spent much of her career supporting diverse and dynamic teams with executing strategy, solving problems, and improving internal culture.

She has significant experience in designing leadership development programmes and working with senior leaders to deliver culture change, strategy engagement, and employee engagement interventions.

She deeply understands how people and organisations work and her breadth of skills gives her an instinctive ability to quickly spot patterns and support businesses to deliver large scale culture change and leadership interventions for systematic behaviour transformations. She is a natural relationship builder who is comfortable working with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.

Gill has a master’s degree from Thames Valley University and a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Development from the University of Sussex / Roffey Park Institute. She is a Fellow of the CIPD, accredited in FIRO‐B and MBTI Step 1 & 2, and an Affiliate of the EMCC.

She currently focuses on education with her pro bono work and has recently been appointed a School Governor.
