Jay has worked with large companies like Pfizer, AstraZeneca, EE, and smaller not for profit organisations, driving transformation through initiatives that improved leadership capability, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging, and talent retention, including cost-saving leadership programmes and winning industry accolades for herself and her clients.

Jay runs her own business and is on a mission to rebalance leadership teams for ethnicity and gender through the power of coaching and organisational development. She has also become an activist for the ethnicity pay gap working with organisations like Share Action which holds organisations to account for equitable pay.
