Lisa Day

Having worked at director level across many different sectors – including the energy, pharmaceutical and FMCG/manufacturing industries – Lisa is a highly experienced leader. She understands how organisations work and can quickly relate to her clients to reach the best possible (and most practical) business solutions. She is used to working with senior leadership teams and boasts key strengths in leadership development, talent management and executive coaching.

At BP plc, Lisa was the Global Leadership Academy Director. In addition to managing her own team, she was responsible for a faculty of over 125 experienced facilitators delivering corporate programmes and bespoke team development frameworks worldwide. She is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation ICF, AoEC Association of Executive Coaches and accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools, which can also add value and insight to coaching sessions. Her pro bono work includes sharing her expertise with Cornwall Air Ambulance.
